Quoit From Minions take the road SW to St Cleer passing a Cornish cross on the left and about 1 mile later turn left to Darite. The site is signed and there is a small parking area. This quoit, or burial chamber, is known locally as The Giant's House, and is a very impressive site. The capstone is 3.7m (12ft) long and has a natural hole piercing it near it’s highest point. The rectangular chamber is 2 x 1.5m and is made of six uprights about 3m (10 ft) high.

out of the entrance stone and may have been used to insert bodies. The
chamber is surrounded by the remains of a mound.
