Directions
From Llanrhaedr-ym-Mochnant continue for 4 miles to Tan-y-Pistyll where you can park on the roadside free before the waterfall carpark which charges a fee. There is a café there with pleasant views of the waterfall.

Waterfall.

Follow the footpath that climbs up to the waterfall and carry on instead of turning left to cross a stile to visit the top of the falls. The stone circle stands at the head of the valley but when we went the bracken was waist high and covered everything. It was also very wet and there were a few fences to climb over. A map and compass is essential for this one as it can get confusing.

Possible stone circle

We have to go back here when the bracken dies down as the photo is probably not the stone circle we were looking for.
