Coming from Lundin Links drive into Glenrothies on the A911 and look for the roundabout signed Balbirnie Park on the A92. Head up this road, ignore the right turn to Balbirnie Park, and continue to where the road becomes a dual carriageway. Take the first right after this and then the next right into a housing estate road that leads to the circle on the left. The circle is set in a hollow and is on an archaeological trail that leads to Balfarg.

The re-erected circle

 
This circle is not in its original position as it was re-erected 110m to the SE when the A92 was widened. Originally of 10 stones in an ellipse, there was a slab lined rectangle in the middle and four cists, one with a cup and ring marked slab, a crude replica remains on the site. Five of the stones stand, three are stumps and two are missing.
